AluCOMM Commercial Windows and Doors were selected for this development and used the classic combination of 100 x 44 Centre Glazed Windows and 150 x 55 Front Glazed Windows which is a classic way to create a visually dynamic yet cohesive facade. Energy efficiency was a key consideration, with the 100×44 Centre Glazed Windows achieving a U-Value as low as 2.3 and the 150×55 Front Glazed Windows achieving a U-Value as low as 2.5, making them an ideal solution for the project’s thermal performance requirements. The windows were completed with high-performance double-glazed units featuring laminated, solar-control glass, adding an extra layer of energy efficiency to the development by helping to maintain stable internal temperatures. This glass selection also contributes to a sleek, monolithic appearance that prioritises privacy whilst still providing plenty of natural light.
